- Type "Damaged Shipment" in the subject line.
- In the body, tell us
- your order number;
- what item(s) were broken; and
- what address we should send replacements (if different than the original shipment).
- Attach a photo so that we can file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.
- Carefully discard the broken items.
