Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, and we hope that they even exceed your expectations upon delivery. However, there may be slight color variations depending on your computer, tablet, or mobile device; and there may be slight variations in our engraved products due to the intricate nature of our designs and the engraving process.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
1. Standard Inventory Items (i.e., Not Custom or Personalized): If your item is defective in any way or damaged upon receipt; was grossly misrepresented on our website at the point of purchase; or if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the product cost. NOTE: Please do not return item(s) that were damaged upon receipt. Contact us with a photograph and description of the damage to initiate a refund or replacement, and then safely dispose of the damaged item(s).
Exchanges are accepted for standard inventory product(s) of equal or lesser value of the original purchase price of the item(s) being exchanged, less any discounts applied to the original purchase. 
Item(s) being exchanged or returned for refund must be received by Uncommon Green in the original, undamaged condition and in the original packaging before an exchange or refund will be made. 
2. Custom and Personalized  Items  (i.e., Made-to-Order): Uncommon Green cannot accept returns and exchanges for Custom and Personalized items unless the item is defective or was damaged upon receipt. Contact us with a photograph and description of the defect or damage to initiate a refund or replacement.
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact us with details of the issue and a photograph of the damaged, defective, or misrepresented item(s). Once we approve the return, we will send instructions that will ensure your return is processed correctly and an exchange or refund is issued promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s). 
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for items that are not returned in the original packaging and in the original undamaged condition, or for Custom or Personalized (i.e., Made-to-Order) products.
